Job Description
This entry-level clinical job is for a Junior Clinical Trial Assistant (Junior CTA) to join the Clinical, Preclinical, and Biopharmaceutics team at Chemo. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to start and grow their career in clinical research within an international and highly regulated environment. The selected candidate will primarily support the management and maintenance of the Trial Master File (TMF/e-TMF), ensuring essential study documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant throughout all study phases.
As expertise develops, the candidate will gradually take on broader operational and administrative responsibilities to support successful execution of clinical and preclinical projects.
Qualifications
This life sciences job requires candidates with a strong foundation in healthcare, pharmaceutical sciences, or clinical research.
- Degree in Life Sciences (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; entry-level candidates with internships or academic exposure in clinical research are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, TMF/e-TMF management, and clinical trial documentation.
- Exposure to pharmacokinetics, bioequivalence studies, or pharmaceutical operations is preferred.
