Job Description
The Medical Affairs Internship within Sanofi’s Oncology Medical Team will support projects aimed at improving cancer care. This Medical Affairs Internship involves reviewing scientific literature, conducting research activities, analyzing findings, and translating medical insights into clear internal communications. The intern will collaborate with experienced medical professionals and contribute to initiatives that support evidence-based decision-making and medical strategy.
Medical Affairs Internship – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize scientific evidence across relevant therapeutic areas to support ongoing Medical Affairs activities.
- Support qualitative research projects by engaging with healthcare professionals through structured interviews and gathering medical insights.
- Analyze and interpret research findings to support evidence-based decision making.
- Contribute to identifying unmet needs and opportunities within the healthcare landscape to support medical strategy.

Eligibility Criteria Required For Medical Affairs Internship
- Currently enrolled in the fourth year or above of a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or another relevant life sciences discipline.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong interest in oncology and improving patient outcomes.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum C1) is required for Medical Affairs Internship.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
