Clinical Research Job Description
The CRA II at PSI will manage the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Thailand. This role involves direct communication with project stakeholders to ensure that timelines, targets, and standards of clinical research projects are met across various therapeutic indications. The CRA II will focus on the rights, safety, and well-being of subjects while ensuring compliance with data quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Clinical Research Job qualifications include:
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Thailand.
- Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III.
- Experience in feasibility assessment and study setup is preferable.
- Knowledge in Multiple Sclerosis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Oncology, Infectious Diseases is preferable.
- Full working proficiency in English and Thai.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Research Job key responsibilities include:
- Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits.
- Be involved in study startup processes.
- Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution.
- Facilitate site budgets and contract negotiations.
- Monitor trial progress at the country level.
- Manage site communication effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors.
- Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress.
- Participate in feasibility research.
- Support the regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions.
