Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of clinical trial data throughout the lifecycle of multiple clinical trials. This role adheres to the Code of Federal Regulations, ICH GCP, and ISO14155 standards. The CRA will be responsible for performing internal clinical studies, recruiting participants, conducting informed consent discussions, and maintaining study files, contributing significantly to Abbott’s mission in the life sciences.

Freshers CRA Job  – Key Responsibilities

  • Perform internal clinical studies and recruit study participants.
  • Conduct informed consent discussions with study volunteers and record study data.
  • Coordinate internal clinical studies from start to close-out.
  • Conduct study site visits and generate monitoring reports.
  • Assist in clinical monitoring and site management activities.
  • Participate in study start-up activities and assist with shipping study devices.
  • Maintain and audit the Trial Master File (TMF).
  • Communicate the status of clinical studies to management effectively.

Eligibility Criteria Required For Freshers CRA Job

  • BS degree in life sciences preferred with 0-1 year of CRA/CRC/CTA experience.
  • Experience in conducting medical device studies or in-vitro diagnostics studies preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teamwork and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CFR, ICH-GCP, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Flexibility in daily activities and proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and guidelines.

Salary: $73,900.00 – $116,000.00
