Job Description
The Trainee Quality role at GSK involves joining the External Manufacturing Quality team in Türkiye. The selected candidate will support quality managers in overseeing contract manufacturing partners, manage quality records, handle documentation, and assist in quality system activities. Trainee Quality Jobs – Key Responsibilities
- Support quality managers by creating and maintaining quality records in the quality management system.
- Track and assist with customer complaints, deviations, and change controls.
- Upload and manage supplier documentation, ensuring records are complete and accessible.
- Help maintain archive systems and support document control activities.
- Prepare basic reports, support data collection, and assist with routine quality metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve documentation or process issues.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Trainee Quality Jobs
- 3rd or 4th-year students in engineering, life sciences or related fields, available to work at least 4 days a week.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good written and spoken English and Turkish skills.
