Eligibility Criteria for Freshers Life Sciences Job
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to develop into an on-site Clinical Research Associate role.
Required Skills
- Basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
Freshers Life Sciences Job – Key Responsibilities
- Completes study and site management activities as defined in the task matrix.
- Documents study-specific training and orients on any study-specific systems.
- Provides in-house support during pre-study assessments.
- Supports customization of Site ICF with site contact details.
- Performs remote review of EMR/EHR checklist and supports collection.
- Coordinates and supports logistics for IM attendance as directed.
- Maintains vendor trackers and coordinates study/site supply management.
- Performs administrative tasks, including timely processing of documents.
