Clinical Research Associate Job Description

In this Clinical Research Associate Job, the associate will serve as the main point of contact for all research portfolio activities. This role involves maintaining real-time knowledge of assigned research protocols and facilitating a multidisciplinary team that includes data and patient management as well as regulatory oversight. The associate will communicate study progress to various partners, identify trends, and collaborate with research staff and external partners to ensure smooth trial execution.

Clinical Research Associate Job – Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all research portfolio activities.
  • Maintain real-time knowledge of assigned research protocols.
  • Act as a critical facilitator for a multidisciplinary team encompassing data and patient management, as well as regulatory oversight.
  • Effectively communicate the overall study progress to various internal and/or external partners, identify study trends, and build/implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with research staff, physicians, CTNs, and external partners to ensure smooth trial execution.
  • Perform diverse research-related functions using good judgment and outstanding organizational skills.
