Immunology Laboratory Assistant Job Description
The Immunology Research Assistant will support projects at the CDA Research Laboratory, focusing on immunology and diagnostics research. This role involves contributing to ongoing public health initiatives while performing laboratory procedures and maintaining accurate records of experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments related to immunology and diagnostics.
- Prepare, handle, and process biological samples.
- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures, including cellular immunological assays (ELISPOT, ELISA, cytokine profiling, and immunophenotyping) and cell culture.
- Collect, record, and analyze experimental data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and organization of the lab space.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and publications as needed.
- Work closely with researchers and other team members to support ongoing projects.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors and HOD.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Immunology Research Assistant
