Field Application Specialist Genomics Job Description
The Field Application Specialist Genomics will support Everlife’s life science product portfolio through customer training, technical support, troubleshooting, and pre-sales application support. Training will be provided by the principals and internal teams, ensuring that the specialist is well-equipped to assist customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for genomics workflows and products.
- Conduct customer training and application support.
- Support sales teams with product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Serve as the technical expert for assigned products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies.
- Work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Eligibility Criteria For Field Application Specialist
- Degree in Biomedical Science, Genomics, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related field (MSc/PhD preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of short-/long-read sequencing, qPCR, dPCR & lab automation is required.
- Experience in sequencing data analysis, & software competency is an advantage.
- Strong analytical & real-time, systematic problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Applicants should currently be based in Singapore.
