Regulatory Affairs Internship Job Description
The regulatory affairs internship position will be responsible for the collection, verification, and management of technical documentation related to packaging materials, ensuring compliance with the Regulation (EU) on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR). The intern will support the Regulatory Affairs team with day-to-day activities, including regulatory reviews and preparation of technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection, verification, and management of technical documentation relating to packaging materials.
- Support in collecting declarations and technical information from packaging suppliers.
- Management and archiving of documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with various departments to collect and monitor required documentation.
- Support other members of the Regulatory Affairs team with daily activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Biology, or Biotechnology.
- Interest in the regulatory sector and applicable regulations for cosmetic products and packaging.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail, along with teamwork, proactivity, and curiosity.
