The apprentice will be trained over 30 months as a Clinical Education Specialist MR. This GE Healthcare jobs opportunity involves delivering formal training on MRI products and providing post-sales training and support to customers under supervision, either on-site or via digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE equipment in a given modality area.
- Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service, and the zone Clinical Education Manager.
- Conduct high-quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE equipment, optimizing image quality and productivity.
- Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships while identifying and capitalizing on immediate customer needs.
- Promote unique differentiators based on customer clinical needs, competition, values, and benefits sought.
- Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
- Support trade shows, workshops, customer visits, and site activities.
- Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
- Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per the local protocol.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Radiographer degree.
- Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative for improvement.
- Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
- Willingness to adapt to changing work environments.
- Ability to travel and be present at customer sites up to 80% of the working time (annual average).
- Teaching skills or teaching experience.
- Empathy and customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
