Precision Medicine Group is recruiting Clinical Research Associates to monitor and manage the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites. CRAs will ensure that studies are conducted according to protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations. The role involves coordinating activities required for study setup and monitoring, including identifying investigators and preparing regulatory submissions. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
- Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate activities for study setup and monitoring.
- Identify potential study risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain excellent communication with site personnel and project teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline.
- At least 6 months of experience as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Site management or equivalent experience in clinical research.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Client-focused approach with a team player mentality.
- Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays (50-60% travel commitment).
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience in oncology is preferred.
