Project Specialist job Description
The Project Specialist will partner with the Project Manager to ensure overall project delivery by coordinating and overseeing the cross-functional project team. In this job, responsibilities include facilitating team communications, maintaining documentation, managing budgets, and helping ensure projects are audit-ready.
Eligibility Criteria
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.
- Working knowledge of FDA guidance documents/EU directives/ISO14155 regulations.
- Basic knowledge of project management terminology and guidelines.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite.
Project Specialist job – Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Project Manager (PM) to ensure overall Project Delivery through coordination and oversight of the cross-functional project team.
- Facilitate team communications and maintain documentation internally and externally, including scheduling meetings and managing action logs.
- Manage and track budgets related to vendor projects, including tracking supplies and invoices.
- Ensure projects are audit ready.
- Create and manage required project systems, SOP indices, and study team lists.
Salary: The minimum annualized starting base pay for this role is 95,000 PLN, influenced by qualifications, skills, and experience.
