Eurofins Laboratory Technician Job Description
The Eurofins Laboratory Technician will be responsible for routine microbiological analysis of drinking, process, mineral, and table water, as well as hygiene and consumer articles using various methods. The role includes evaluating and documenting results, implementing hygiene measures, and monitoring activities in the S2 lab. The technician will also maintain and calibrate lab equipment, manage consumables, and assist in writing and updating test instructions.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Microbiology Laboratory Technician Job
- Completed training in a biological, medical-technical or comparable science field (e.g., BTA, CTA, MTA, PTA, Laborant).
- First laboratory experience is an advantage but not required.
- Prior laboratory experience is advantageous, but not required. What’s most important to us is a meticulous work ethic, reliability, and an interest in laboratory work.
- You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
- You work reliably, carefully and in a structured manner.
- You have a quick grasp of concepts and approach tasks in a solution-oriented manner.
- You enjoy teamwork and take responsibility for your tasks.
