Role Overview

Life Sciences Postdoc – Key Responsibilities
- Establish and validate the innovative ecNGS technology for application in genetic toxicology.
- Optionally build an internal platform for the analysis, interpretation, and visualization of sequencing data.
- Ensure scientifically sound, high-quality, and traceable documentation of all activities and results.
- Lead the scientific implementation of ecNGS within the organization.
- Present scientific findings to internal stakeholders and share research at external scientific conferences.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Life Sciences Postdoc
- PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies and genomic variant analysis.
- Proficiency in programming with R/Bioconductor and/or Python is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of scientific rigor.
- Effective communication skills across interdisciplinary teams.
- Enthusiasm for developing and implementing innovative methodologies.
