Job Scope: The primary responsibilities of the Validation Specialist include the development of industrialization processes, maintaining expertise in state-of-the-art technologies, and the execution of laboratory-based activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and drafting qualification protocols for plants and process equipment.
- Participating in harmonization initiatives to share and implement best practices in industrialization logic.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Higher diploma or university degree in a technical-scientific field / Specialization in a technical-scientific field.
- Experience in Process Validation, Equipment Validation, Transfer of Technology, Process Harmonization, Industrialization, or production in companies in the biomedical sector, preferably in the Medical Device sector, is appreciated.
- Chemical, biology, biotechnology, and immunometric assay knowledge.
- Validation Process, Lean manufacturing principle,s and Industrial processes knowledge.
- Microsoft Office package knowledge and statistical principles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and time management skills.
- Good English knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
