Key Objectives / Deliverables:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the scientific principles essential for the manufacturing of parenteral drug products.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for all start-up activities associated with sterility assurance programs.
- Utilize sterility assurance risk management principles to critically evaluate proposed manufacturing processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to the site’s environmental monitoring and other vital sterility assurance programs.
- Lead or actively support risk assessments related to aseptic processing environments and procedures.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing of parenteral drug products.
- Proven experience in providing technical support for cGMP manufacturing operations.
Additional Information:
- This is a Monday through Friday based role. Flexibility to accommodate production schedules is essential.
- The position is based out of the RTP site with the ability to travel to other global Lilly sites as required.

- Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position ranges from $64,500 to $167,200. Full-time equivalent employees will also be eligible for a company bonus. Additionally, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefits program to eligible employees.
