Job Scope
The Quality Control Associate I, Reagents will perform key QC tasks including reagent and bioassay testing, monitoring controlled storage, executing reagent stability programs, and ensuring the cleanliness and order of QC areas. This role includes interdepartmental coordination with QA, Reagent Manufacturing, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct accurate QC testing for reagents and consumables.

Generate Certificates of Quality and document non-conformances.

Participate in 24/7 call list for environmental storage monitoring.

Schedule and process stability study samples as Quality Control Associate.

Assist in calibration, maintenance, and inventory management.

Prepare internal-use laboratory reagents.

Maintain up-to-date training and help train other QC personnel.

Support new product integration, process improvements, and technical document revisions.

Participate in investigations, audits, validations, and CAPA processes.
Education & Qualifications

Degree: B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related science preferred for Quality Control Associate.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in life sciences or medical technology in FDA/ISO environments.
Physical Requirements
