Pay Range: $52,000.00 – $85,600.00
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Control Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and managing activities in the Simple Western consumables QC process to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. This role involves utilizing analytical techniques for biological assay analysis and collaborating with various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, interpret, and manage biological data for quality evaluation
- Ensure product compliance with quality standards and end-user expectations
- Support investigations for deviations and out-of-specification instances
- Identify areas for product efficiency improvement as Quality Control Analyst
- Maintain accurate records and data management in a LIMS database
- Attend cross-functional meetings and present data summaries
- Support new product launch activities and other QC operations
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, Chemistry, or Engineering with 2+ years of experience. Non-scientific bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of quality-related experience in a GMP or life science industry as Quality Control Analyst.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with R Analysis experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Windows functions
- Experience with quality system regulations and standards
- Working knowledge of ISO compliant environments as Quality Control Analyst.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work with high accuracy
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Experience with immunoassay methodology a plus
