Role Description:

Are you a highly motivated Scientist with in vivo expertise in murine tumour models? Join the Clinical Immuno-Oncology Discovery (CIOD) Team at AstraZeneca to contribute to innovative products by conducting vivarium-based experiments and interpreting scientific data collaboratively.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct and deliver hands-on in vivo research
  • Manage in vivo experiments, data recording, and interpretation
  • Communicate results to team members and contribute to data analysis
  • Support team collaboration and information relay

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • BSc/MSc in a biological science with in vivo experience
  • Home Office Licence for animal work
  • Experience with murine tumour models
  • Strong animal handling, dissection, and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in English language

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with humanized mouse models and surgical methods
  • Interest in immune system manipulation in oncology for BSc/MSc Biological Science Job
  • Knowledge of in vivo imaging methods
