Job Description
BioLegend is seeking a Quality Control Associate II to join its growing team in Zhubei, Taiwan. In this full-time position, you will independently prioritize testing tasks, conduct complex tests, maintain documentation, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. You will contribute to quality and compliance through careful execution and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
- Independently prioritize and manage daily testing tasks
- Conduct more complex testing and troubleshoot routine issues
- Follow SOPs and WIs with precision; offer feedback to improve SOPs and workflows
- Take ownership of equipment maintenance, inventory oversight, and process documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives
- Attend training sessions to build process knowledge and ensure compliance
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech, or a related field
- Ability to execute tasks independently and troubleshoot routine issues
- Punctual, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Open to feedback and adaptable to changing workflows
- Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in QC, QA, or manufacturing
- Training or certification in quality control or ISO standards
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience in inspection techniques and reliability analysis
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
- Known for contributing to a supportive team environment
