Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences or related field, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a laboratory or cGMP environment. Working knowledge of quality systems and hands-on experience with biopharmaceutical Quality Control are required.

Proficiency in QC test methods/procedures, Flow Cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, and cell-based assays
Description
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting day-to-day Quality Control activities for in-process and final product release testing, including GMP release testing and execution of Quality Control Method Development with minimal to no supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate, coordinate, and conduct tasks
- Execute QC release, in-process, and stability testing
- Support and participate in the development of QC methods and procedures
- Responsible for the accuracy and validity of testing results
Physical Demands
The physical demands include walking, handling equipment, and occasional lifting. Specific vision abilities and attention to detail are necessary.
Work Environment
This job is performed in a temperature-controlled laboratory setting with standard medical and research equipment. Proper protective equipment is required due to exposure to viruses and bacteria.
Anticipated Salary Range: $34.71 – $46.97/hour
