About the Role
As an Associate Expert Science & Technology, you will:

Support stability programs for cell and gene therapy, including protocol and report authoring.

Perform Environmental Monitoring (EM) testing to support clinical release strategies.

Manage raw material inspection, sample management, and laboratory documentation.
-
Contribute to CAPA implementation, 5S, and Lean projects.
-
Identify process improvements and interface with regulatory agencies during audits.
This position requires knowledge of LabWare, LIMS, GMP/GLP quality systems, and 1+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, microbiology, or medical device industries.
Key Responsibilities in Microbiology Jobs

Execute all laboratory activities in compliance with SOPs and quality policies.

Peer review and archive analytical data in lab documentation systems.

Manage reagent/consumable inventory and perform equipment cleaning.

Participate in stability trend reporting and gowning qualification programs.

Provide coverage across all laboratory areas and support assigned projects.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:

BA/BS degree in microbiology, biology, biochemistry, or related science (Master’s preferred).

Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, FDA guidelines, and other relevant standards.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:

Experience with LIMS systems and advanced QC data systems.

Expected salary: $55,000 – $102,200 per year, depending on experience.
