Position Summary:
Candidates getting hired for the Microbiology Jobs are responsible for supporting QC testing for in-process, final product, stability samples and for supporting environmental and facility monitoring. May assist with documentation, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.

Educational Requirements for the QC Role:
- Preferred: Bachelorโs degree in a scientific discipline (Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field)
- Considered: Associate degree with equivalent work experience
- International Equivalents: Netherlands โ MLO level 4 or higher preferred
Key Responsibilities of the QC Role:
- Perform routine QC testing for in-process, final product, and stability samples.
- Conduct environmental and facility monitoring using microbiological testing methods.
- Review GMP documentation and verify data accuracy.
- Support CAPA, deviation investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in document revisions and train new analysts as required.
- Adhere to laboratory safety and quality standards while maintaining regulatory compliance.

- Strong understanding of microbiological testing principles and aseptic techniques.
