Educational Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent) in Biological Science, Microbiology, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Advanced understanding of microbiology and aseptic techniques.
Key Responsibilities of the QC Analyst Role:
- Conduct environmental monitoring and gas sampling within the LVV manufacturing facility.
- Perform endotoxin, bioburden, and gram stain testing.
- Execute environmental monitoring plate reads and buffer sampling.
- Support commissioning and qualification of the LVV manufacturing facility.
- Participate in gown qualification activities and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Use eLIMS for test documentation and data management.
- Create, review, and approve SOPs, work instructions, and other QC documents.
- Perform peer data review and assist with laboratory investigations.
- Support shipping/receiving of materials and maintain cleanliness in QC lab space.
- Ensure all tasks align with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Skills Required for the QC Analyst Role:
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of QC experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Proficiency in microbiological testing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in aseptic techniques and environmental monitoring.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Competence in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
