Educational Requirements for Research Analyst role:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn validated computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities for Research Analyst role:ย 

  • Perform and document all procedures, materials, and results in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and team members
  • Assist with lab maintenance and routine operational support
  • Perform labeling, solution preparation, and inventory maintenance
  • Write study and non-study deviations with minimal oversight
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Support routine sample analysis studies and method validation projects
  • Operate laboratory instruments with oversight
  • Assist with data analysis using approved software
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills Required for Research Analyst role:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of laboratory practices and basic analytical concepts
