Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Lab Work
- Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation to support cell culture studies.
- Conduct cell culture experiments from shake flasks to bioreactors.
- Prepare solutions, submit samples, and calibrate laboratory equipment.

Project Ownership
- Lead purification workflows, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze large datasets and draft technical reports supporting study outcomes.

Team Collaboration
- Work with a small, innovative team to troubleshoot and solve laboratory challenges.
- Coordinate with cross-functional scientific teams to align study activities.

Communication & Compliance
- Present data and findings in cross-functional meetings.
- Follow GxP standards, GHS safety policies, and internal lab protocols.
Qualifications For Scientist Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field (required).
- Hands-on experience in cell culture and/or purification (academic or internship experience accepted).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
- Local candidates near Rensselaer, NY preferred.
