Educational Requirements:
University degree in Food Science or a related discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first responder for consumer inquiries and complaints
- Manage Ferrero Care system inquiries from call centers, sales teams, webforms, and “Contact Us” platforms
- Handle non-critical complaints, returned samples, and consumer feedback in the Food Science Jobs in Japan
- Manage critical complaints, including investigations with Commercial Quality Management (CQM) teams
- Support communication with distributors and consumers on quality-related matters
- Conduct product inspections for quality issues, new products, and incoming goods
- Verify product descriptions (ingredients, fair trade communication, etc.) with CQM
- Support promotion item certification, labeling checks, and incoming quality inspections
- At Ferrero Careers, you need to support withdrawal, recall, and crisis management processes
- Support commercial supply chain quality activities and attend relevant meetings
- Perform warehouse and transport self-assessments (Level 1)
- Plan and execute quality control inspections (Level 2) at distributor warehouses
- Support new warehouse selection by ensuring compliance with Ferrero quality standards
- Monitor supply chain lead-time performance
- Manage data logger monitoring and inspections in the Food Science Jobs
- Plan and conduct local traceability tests
- Support document preparation for customs clearance, especially for new products
- In the Food Science Jobs in Japan, you should conduct labeling process checks at warehouses and prepare SOPs when required
- Support updates to product specification sheets for sales teams
- Stay updated on industry regulations and food safety developments
