Scientist Job Description
Scientist job candidates joining Bristol Myers Squibb will become part of the Sterile Drug Product Manufacturing, Science & Technology (MS&T) team at the Cruiserath facility. This graduate program is specifically designed to provide structured learning and rotational exposure across key manufacturing equipment and operational areas within the facility.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and scientists while developing expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, equipment validation, process validation, regulatory compliance, and technical operations. - Execute validation studies, including sampling, testing, cycle development, and data analysis.
- Support preparation and execution of validation protocols and technical documentation.
- Learn and apply regulatory requirements such as EU GMP and FDA guidelines.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in investigations and root cause analysis activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
