Regulatory Operations Role Description

In this regulatory operations role, the Regulatory Operations Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulations for biocides and detergents. This position involves working closely with various teams to support product development and maintain the highest standards of quality and performance. The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s mission of making access to quality hygiene and wellness a right for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery/creation and maintenance of regulatory dossiers/registration and notifications, ensuring accuracy in line with relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Develop an understanding of regulatory requirements in the remit of Biocides & Disinfectants/General Product and Detergent classification.
  • Work in partnership across RAS teams to support the development, communication, and implementation of the regulatory strategy.
  • Engage in simplification and efficiency projects to deliver on Reckitt’s business ambitions.
  • Support input for responses to Regulatory Agency questions.
  • Assist the regulatory operations project lead in providing understanding of registration/regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
  • Support delivery of projects following Reckitt’s processes and procedures.
  • Create and collate market-specific documentation, working with relevant regional regulatory and safety partners.

Eligibility Criteria Required For Regulatory Operations Specialist

  • Scientific credentials with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biological Sciences, Microbiology.
  • Basic knowledge of the Regional and Global regulatory environment and its impact on regulatory dossiers and registrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven accuracy in authoring and reviewing documentation for regulatory purposes.
  • Ability to review and summarize regulatory/technical information both orally and in written communications.
