Job Description
In this Bristol Myers Squibb jobs role, the Specialist, Investigations will lead root-cause investigations, conduct impact assessments, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). This role entails drafting clear and compliant investigation reports and documenting investigations in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The specialist will also coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams to address deviations effectively.

Compensation Overview
Devens – MA – US: $82,700 – $100,219
The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities.
