Job Description:
Purpose:

- Broaden the impact of Analytics and Data Science
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
Responsibilities:
- Enable fit-for-purpose analytics solutions for assigned projects
- Ensure consistency and optimization of analytical work products
- Leverage statistical methodologies and experiment with new techniques
- Support data-driven insights and process improvement initiatives
- Identify business needs and support standard KPIs, reports, and analyses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science or equivalent field. Master’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of data science and analytics-related experience
- Proficiency in R, Python, and statistical packages
- Experience with visualization tools and machine learning techniques
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
