Job Title: Assay Development Scientist Research and Development (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Plan, lead, and coordinate the development of multiplex PCR assays for in-vitro diagnostic products
- Conduct literature research and provide scientific reports to support other departments
- Aid in quote generation for assay developments
- Develop assay prototypes under Design Control Process following quality and compliance standards
- Analyze data, prepare reports for external clients, and contribute to technical problem-solving
- Supervise technical staff during the development phase
Your Profile
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.)/Diploma in molecular biology or related field
- Experience in molecular diagnostics or DNA analytics; PhD in related field is a plus
- Proficiency in experimental design and statistical data analysis
- Familiarity with quality and regulatory requirements for CE-IVD products
- Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
