Description
Imagine your next role as an Associate Scientist Quality Control to work as an NPI lead in the QC Leiden NPI team. In this team, you will be the department project lead responsible for introducing new products into the Leiden lab, ensuring flawless NPI introduction meeting customer demands while maintaining lab robustness. Responsibilities
- Act as SPOC for all NPI activities from Phase 1 to Late Stage NPIs
- Project lead for NPI transfers, laboratory NPI capacity increase initiatives, and new technology introduction
- Ensure alignment of NPI testing plan with platform testing strategy
- Coordinate analytical method transfers end-to-end
- Establish and enhance standards for NPI processes
Requirements
- Master/bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Proven laboratory and project management experience
- Knowledge of analytical methods and new product introduction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
