Key Responsibilities
The Abbott QA Internship role will provide support to the quality system at the Tech Center (Granada), with a particular focus on biology-related aspects within the quality assurance framework.
What Will You Learn in This Biology Internship
- Support to Validation area for: Validation documentation: protocols, final reports, Data collection and evaluation, Validation executions… with emphasis on biological validation processes.
- Support to compliance and continuous improvement: Participating in internal audits and periodic inspections to assure compliance with applicable GMP and GLP, actions follow up… particularly in the context of biological systems.
- Provide assistance to RD QA projects as assigned, with a focus on biology-related projects.
Minimum Requirements For Biology Internship
- Bachelor’s degree preferably BS or equivalent: Science, Engineering, Biology or Microbiology.
- Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English: Advanced level (C1 or equivalent). Ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment, participate in meetings, prepare and review technical documentation, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
- Available to undertake a full-time internship.
