The Role:
ElevateBio is seeking a Biomanufacturing Associate III to join our BaseCamp manufacturing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cGMP manufacturing of various cell and gene therapy products at our state-of-the-art facility, including CAR-Ts, iPSCs, AAV, Lentivirus, and mRNAs.
Responsibilities:
- Routine cGMP manufacturing of viral vectors and mRNA
- Authoring SOPs, batch records, and reports
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvement
- Ensuring highest safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biological science or related field with 4-8 years of cGMP manufacturing experience
- 2-6 years of Cell Therapy/Viral Vector/mRNA manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
