Job Description
As a Bioprocess Associate, the individual will collaborate with the Manufacturing teams to facilitate the production of biological products at the Dundalk facility. Responsibilities include managing procedures related to the manufacture of large-scale Drug Substance, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and contributing to the overall production goals.
Bioprocess Associate Jobs – Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a safety-oriented culture and a cGMP compliant work environment.
- Support facility and equipment start-up and validation activities as needed.
- Provide input on equipment installation, start-up, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to achieving production output targets and quality levels on schedule.
- Carry out production operations as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform initial troubleshooting of operational issues.
- Engage in process investigations and optimizations using scientific and engineering principles.
- Train and mentor colleagues on SOPs and equipment operation.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Bioprocess Associate Jobs
