- Performing a variety of molecular biology and gene synthesis procedures.
- Synthesize targeted genes required by customers according to department procedures
- Perform experimental procedures including PCR, ligation transformation, bacterial inspection, plasmid construction, and quality inspection
- Conduct data recording, analysis, and result evaluation
- Follow safety production management regulations and SOP requirements strictly
- Independently operate experiments related to: Gene Synthesis, Vector Construction, Gene Mutation, Plasmid Extraction, Sequence Analysis, Sequencing, PCR & qPCR, Reagent Preparation and Quality Inspection
- Identify and report production process problems in a timely manner
- Work with the team to solve technical and operational issues
- Ensure proper experiment handover and perform basic analysis for unfinished experiments
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors
