Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist with oncology drug discovery and development experience to join the ImmunoBiology team as part of the Cancer Immunology Thematic Research Center (Redwood City, CA).
Position Responsibilities:
- Design and execute robust preclinical data packages to support drug discovery programs
- Contribute to exploratory target identification and validation of novel targets and biology
- Provide biology discovery support for immunobiology facing clinical assets
- Contribute to project development and perform cellular immunological techniques
- Lead discussions and make presentations in multidisciplinary meetings
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of academic and / or industry experience, or equivalent
- Master’s Degree with 3+ years of academic and / or industry experience
- Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in the Life Sciences with no experience necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD with 0-2+ years of industry experience
- Strong background in biologics and/or small molecule drug discovery
- Experience with multi-color flow cytometry for immune cell profiling
- Knowledge of bioinformatics and/or computational biology
