Job Description

The Cell Culture and Assay Scientist will be responsible for routine lab research, including cell culture, sample preparation, and assay reagent/media supply. The role involves conducting biological assays (both manual and automated), data analysis and reporting while adhering to quality control rules and safety compliance standards. As a Scientist, the successful candidate will support accurate, protocol-driven laboratory work.

Cell Culture Scientist Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine lab research involving cell culture and biological assays.
  • Prepare samples and supply assay reagents/media.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting in compliance with QC rules.
  • Monitor assay performance metrics.
  • Ensure GLP and safety compliance in all laboratory activities.
  • Utilize techniques such as flow cytometry, cellular imaging, ELISA, and qPCR as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: BSc or equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology (or relevant scientific subject) with relevant laboratory experience
  • Experience: 1+ years demonstrated lab work following protocols/SOPs, cell culture and bioassays (manual + automated

 Skills

  • Proficient in laboratory protocols and SOPs.
  • Experience with manual and automated biological assays.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of GLP and safety compliance.
