Job Summary:
As a Research Scientist for our Immunogenicity team in Senneville, you will be supporting clinical and non-clinical studies and you will design and/or execute scientific testing strategies and studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, optimization, validation and use of immunoassay/ligand-binding assay techniques (ELISAs, ECLs using the Meso Scale Discovery platform).
- Write scientific documents, correct and review the results.
- Analyze scientific problems, troubleshoot analytical methods and technical issues and interpret the raw data.
- Responsible for the management of the scientific project and technical personnel as it relates to study conduct.
Key Elements:
- If you possess the following qualifications, we will train you in the rest:
- Has a strong experience in immunoassay method development and troubleshooting.
- Possess a M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Immunology, or related scientific discipline, or have relevant experience.
- Is computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel) and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Is fluent in French and English.
- Has GLP knowledge (is an asset).
- Has experience in the development and validation of immunogenicity methods (is an asset).
- Has experience in the development and validation of cell-based assays (is an asset).
Role Specific Information:
- Location: Senneville (Ouest of Montreal)
- Schedule: Daytime between Monday to Friday. Depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime.
