Experienced Clinical Research Associate Job Description
IQVIA UK’s cFSP (sponsor-dedicated) team is expanding and is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates. The role involves performing site monitoring visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. In this IQVIA Clinical Research Associate role, the successful candidate will work closely with sites to adapt and track subject recruitment plans, administer protocol training, and evaluate the quality of study site practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits).
- Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plans.
- Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites.
- Establish regular communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations.
- Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices.
- Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking key performance indicators.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Clinical Research Associate Job
- Degree in a scientific discipline or health care (or equivalent industry experience).
- At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
