Job Description
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) at RI-MUHC is responsible for supporting the successful conduct of clinical research studies in the Centre for Innovative Medicine, specifically focusing on CAR-T therapy. Under the direct supervision of the program manager, Dr. Michael Sebag, the CRC will coordinate and manage complex cellular therapy clinical trials, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, GCP guidelines, institutional policies, and sponsor requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology and/or cellular therapy trials and thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated clinical research environment.
Clinical Research Coordinator Jobs – Key Responsibilities
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CAR-T projects.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents to sponsors and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with audit and inspection preparation.
- Organize bi-weekly meetings with key stakeholders and the study team.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Research Coordinator regarding scheduling requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams.
- Participate in monitoring visits and sponsor meetings.
- Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to obtain necessary information.
