Internship Summary:
The organizationโs clinical operations activities are expanding rapidly, and it is currently seeking a full- or part-time, office-based Clinical Trial Intern to join the Clinical Operations team. This internship offers valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of a Project Coordinator, providing hands-on training and involvement in various clinical trial management projects. The ideal candidate is an aspiring Clinical Research professional who is available to work during the Fall semester of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day project support activities – maintenance of project-related files, corresponding with study teams, etc.
- Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, provide meeting minutes;
- Maintain databases/project-specific status reports;
- Support filing and quality control reviews of our internal regulatory filing system;
- Manage study supplies; and
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a Bachelorโs degree in a Life Science field;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; and
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in our Cincinnati, OH office.
