Job Summary:
Medpace is currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Trial Management team. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with a team to execute key tasks and projects essential for the company’s success. This role offers an opportunity for individuals looking to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within the clinical research field. We provide a comprehensive 4-6 week training program for Project Coordinators, tailored to enhance their skills and knowledge in clinical research.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in clinical trial management on a day-to-day level
- Work closely with the project Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) for timely task delivery and accuracy
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports
- Interact with the Sponsor, study sites, and internal associates
- Provide oversight and quality control of our internal regulatory filing system
- Manage study supplies
- Create and maintain project timelines
- Coordinate project meetings and produce quality meeting minutes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences field
- Excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills
- Research experience preferred
