Responsibilities
- Evaluate ingredients, work in process, and finished beverage bases with physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory evaluation.
- Complete approval procedures for ingredients and ensure quality data are transacted in SAP/LIMs.
- Sample ingredients, packaging materials, and final products for testing.
- Conduct laboratory testing and maintain records of procedures and test data.
- Keep track of chemicals, glassware, and reagents inventories.
Requirements
- Diploma in Applied Science or Food Science related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in quality control or laboratory operations in food/beverage or pharmaceutical multinational organizations.
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in food industry analytical testing.
SAP knowledge is preferred. Able to support shift work.
