* OR relevant scientific industry experience.

*Experience working in an industrial lab using Molecular Biology techniques.
*Ability to multitask and prioritise workload, with excellent attention to detail.
*Exceptional communication skills.
*Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project).
*An understanding of health and safety policies and of GMP/GLP/GCP.
*Ability to integrate well within an established and fast-growing team.
Job responsibilities include:

- Working on client studies performing analytical testing on cell and gene therapy molecules and vaccines.
- Supporting biodistribution, persistence & shedding studies, clinical trials & BioCMC analytical testing on batch release and stability material in dedicated PCR and virology suites.
- Working with Quality Control Scientists to perform sample analysis in accordance with GLP, GCP and GMP regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring our clients’ drug products pass quality control testing in the timeframe allocated.
- Using analytical techniques such as Molecular Biology, DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR & Gel Electrophoresis to carry out study work.
- Performing data processing, report writing and writing SOP’s (standard operating procedure) to work on process improvement for the division.
