Responsibilities:
- Develop methods, models, and workflows to drive drug discovery
- Build scalable bioinformatics workflows to support NGS assays
- Analyze large datasets to optimize drug discovery
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy analytical models
- Stay updated on new code packages and data science techniques

This position is based at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Team You’ll Join
You will be part of a dynamic team at Recursion specializing in developing scaled transcriptomics for drug discovery. Our team is collaborative and application-oriented, with a focus on discovering drugs at scale using computational science.
The Experience You’ll Need
- 1-3+ years of experience in building bioinformatics workflows
- Proficiency in Python and data science libraries
- Experience with NGS data analysis
- Previous work on RNAseq bioinformatics is a plus
