Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, calibrate, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Clean, maintain, and prepare supplies and work areas.
- Conduct standardized biological, microbiological, or biochemical tests.
- Analyze experimental data and interpret results to write reports and summaries.
- Participate in the grant application process and manuscript preparation.
- Maintain a detailed notebook of work-related activities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required, and a major in biology or chemistry is preferred.
- Knowledge of information and techniques related to biology, chemistry, or medicine is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze information logically.
