Entry Level Scientist Job Description
Eurofins BPT-Columbia is looking for an Associate Scientist to join their growing Bioassay team. This entry level scientist role involves day-to-day laboratory activities under prescribed processes including protocols and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include conducting research and development under CGMP and/or GLP guidelines, ensuring data accuracy, and providing analytical work on various projects using a range of techniques and instruments.
Eligibility Criteria for Entry Level Scientist Job
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as biochemistry or biology.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Familiarity and/or experience in a laboratory setting is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cell, molecular, and immune assays, including cell-based assays, ELISAs, electrophoresis, WB, and PCR techniques.
